Yes we do! For custom inquiries, please email hello@realfinepeople.studio. We take on a limited number of custom projects each month and would love to hear what you have in mind.
Can I book an appointment?

Do you offer returns?
At Real Fine Studio, each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewelry to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.
Diamonds
Are your diamonds certified?
All of our natural diamonds can be accompanied by either GIA or EGL certification. Certification is not industry standard for stones under 1ct, however it can be arranged upon request for an additional charge. We work closely with top diamond dealers to source stones of exceptional quality.
Do you work with Lab Diamonds and Natural Diamonds?
Yes. We source and work with both lab-grown and natural diamonds. Any piece we offer in lab-grown diamonds can also be made with natural stones. If you have a preference, please let us know and we’ll guide you through the options.
Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Good things take time. Every Real Fine piece is made to order with intention and care. Our stones are individually handpicked, and each ring is cast in gold and hand-set in Los Angeles.
Please allow 2–4 weeks for production unless your item is part of our Ready to Ship collection. Ready to Ship pieces ship within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within an additional 2–4 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
All orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery to ensure they arrive safely in your hands.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that Real Fine does not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. Any duties, taxes, customs fees, or import charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
International orders are shipped fully insured and require a signature upon delivery.
I need my order ASAP! Can i get it sooner?

Warranty
Do you offer warranty?
We offer a six-month warranty from the date your order is first delivered, covering manufacturing faults only. The warranty does not restart or extend following repairs, resizing, or other services. It does not cover normal wear and tear, broken chains, chipped or cracked stones, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care. Our jewelers are happy to repair pieces outside of the warranty for a fee. Please email hello@realfinepeople.studio with clear photos.
Please note that any work performed on our pieces by another jeweler will void your warranty.
