Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from Los Angeles, California. Shipments are insured and require a signature on delivery. Please arrange for someone to receive your package.
For next-business-day delivery, ready-to-ship orders must be placed before 1:00 p.m. Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, with an eligible next-day shipping service selected and paid for at checkout.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff or on non-business days are processed the following business day. Delivery depends on your destination and carrier service availability.
Ready-to-ship orders placed after December 21 should not be expected to arrive before Christmas, even with overnight shipping. We do not offer delivery on December 25. If you’ve missed this deadline, email hello@realfinepeople.studio to discuss available options before purchasing.
Shipping Delays
We plan our holiday order-by dates to allow time for production and shipping. However, carrier delays, weather disruptions and customs processing are outside our control and may affect arrival before Christmas, even when your order leaves our studio on schedule. Please refer to your tracking link for the latest delivery updates.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please email hello@realfinepeople.studio so we can investigate and arrange a resolution.

International Shipping — Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties, taxes and clearance fees are not collected at checkout and are the recipient’s responsibility. These charges may be payable before delivery. Customs processing may affect delivery times.

Does overnight shipping shorten production time?
Overnight shipping does not shorten production time for made-to-order or custom pieces. Please follow the production deadlines above, even if you choose an expedited shipping service.
What if I’ve missed a made-to-order date?
Email hello@realfinepeople.studio for availability and timing on a specific piece, or choose from our Ready-to-Ship collection following the dates above.
