All sales are final as pieces are made to order. 

At Real Fine Studio, each piece of jewelry is meticulously handcrafted to order, ensuring it is uniquely tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our pieces, all sales are final, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in crafting your jewelry to the highest standards, and we are committed to delivering a product that you will cherish for years to come.

All of our engagement ring center stones and larger feature diamonds are certified by either GIA  or EGL. These independent certifications provide a detailed report of each diamond’s quality, including its cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.

The smaller diamonds used throughout our collections, such as those set in our Heirloom Signet Rings or pavé pieces, are not individually certified. This is standard industry practice, as certifying every small stone would dramatically increase the cost of each piece without adding meaningful value.

Every diamond we use, whether certified or not, is ethically sourced and carefully selected by our gem specialists to meet Real Fine Studio’s standards for brilliance, proportion, and beauty.

Most Real Fine Studio pieces are made to order in Los Angeles. Each gemstone is individually hand-picked, and production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks before shipping. After this period, your piece is sent fully insured with signature on delivery, and you’ll receive a tracking number once it has shipped.

During busy periods such as the holidays, this timeline may extend slightly. Because much of our gold is cast in-house, production times can be a little longer than mass-produced jewelry, but this process ensures every piece meets our quality standards.

It’s always worth emailing us, as we sometimes have sizes or pieces available in our studio that can be shipped right away. We’ll always do our best to make magic happen when we can.

Yes we do! However we are not responsible for any custom duties or import taxes. 

We offer a six-month warranty which covers all manufacturing faults. This does not include wear or tear, broken chains, chipped stones etc. Our jewelers are more than happy to repair pieces at a cost. Please email hello@realfinepeople.studio with clear photos.
